The hotel had a great and brilliant location just next door to Marine Lake Beach. Further, it was just off Grand Pier or Regent street, restaurants and pubs close by, beach, restaurants, bars and shops and Marina lake.

Had a VERY LOVELY stay here. the hotel has a great location near the Grand Pier and Regent Street. Restaurants and pubs are close by. the beach is just a short walk away. A great selection of restaurants are available, such as the Buffet at Aria, only a 5 minutes' walk away.

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Comfy beds. Rooms were spotless and well-furnished, with plenty of storage space. the owner was lovely and easy to contact. the property had a nice and quiet atmosphere, away from traffic and noise. Good value for the price offered.
No staff on-site to greet guests, which was daunting. Lack of plates and cutlery in the room.

The rooms were spotless with a charming touch of woodchip on the walls. The manager, Bee, was delightful and always ready to help. Great location too!
It was so exciting to call the cleaner when I had an issue instead of having someone on site. And who needs a sign outside?

Great location, close to marina lake, Grand Pier, restaurants, and pubs. Clean and tidy rooms with plenty of storage space. Comfy beds and value for money. Lovely owner and easy contact. Perfect for what we wanted.
